15th Weekly meeting 2011-12

Our 15th Weekly meeting is a Joint Meeting with rotary Club of Bangalore on Monday, 10th October 2011, at their premise Rotary House of Friendship & is a FELLOWSHIP & DINNER Meeting

This meeting is a fellowship meeting and hence you are requested to come with your spouse, We plan to organise a Bus - please confirm whether you will come direct to venue or by Bus.

* 7.00 pm - 7.30 pm Fellowship over Tea /Snacks

* 7.30 pm Meeting called to Order

* 7.30 pm - 7.50 pm Announcement by the President & Secretary of Both clubs

* 7.50 pm Introduction of Chief Guest by RBI

* 7.50 pm - 8.20 pm Guest Speaker Dr Ravindra to deliver his talk on " Rotary Clubs contribution for Susutainable Development
* 8.20 pm - 8.25 pm Interactive session with members present

* 8.25 pm - 8.30 pm Vote of Thanks by RCB

* 8.30 pm Meeting Adjourns

* 8.30 pm - 10.00 pm Fellowship & Dinner
